Putting my creative side into action has never been difficult. However, focusing that creative energy on one thing has been. Until now..... Iʼve always enjoyed baking and decorating cakes and cookies. Perhaps it stems from my unfulfilled childhood wish for the easy bake oven. Hard to believe you could bake all that good stuff with one light bulb! Clearly my unresolved issues led me to train as a Clinical Psychologist, now working in an elementary school.

And there ya go.....easy bake oven envy aside, now I have my own kitchen to create anything that I can think of, my own kind of therapy. The best kind of therapy. Because through my baking and creativity I can make others happy and this is my reward.

After taking some classes and with a lot of practice, Iʼve started to design all kinds of treats. Making cakes and cookies according to personal requests so that each special occasion is memorable.
